- Remove unnecessary exported variable `XMLHeader`, we can using `encoding/xml` package's `xml.Header` instead of it

- Rename exported option field `WorksheetUnzipMemLimit` to `UnzipXMLSizeLimit`
- Unit test and documentation updated
